PIKAP (Malaysian National Association Employment Agencies) was established in 1999. Our members are licensed employment agencies from Human Resource Ministry in Malaysia. The primary purposes are to promote and safeguard members in employment industry. PIKAP is actively engage with relevant Malaysian government authorities and foreign government authorities to ensure local and foreign employment are benefit to members and public. Moreover, we are always work closely with foreign source country employment associations to promote employment opportunities in Malaysia.

Fiona Low, Presiden of the Malaysian Private Human Resource Agency (PIKAP), pointed out that agency companies can help save a lot of trouble, and at the same time provide legal consultation, so that employers can better understand various labor laws, including labor dormitories, wages and benefits, etc.
“Hiring foreign workers through intermediary companies can save you a lot of unnecessary trouble, such as incomplete documents submitted, improper benefits provided, etc.
Fiona Low, the president of PIKAP, pointed out that the plantation industry has always relied on foreign labor, and it is also an area that urgently needs foreign labor.
“The planting industry is not like other fields. They can’t stop the fruit from ripening at this stage because of the lack of manpower. Because of this, they are forced to waste a lot of harvests.”
